Section 62 in Chhattisgarh Kamdhenu Vishwavidyalaya Adhiniyam, 2011

62. Saving.

(1)On and from the commencement of this Adhiniyam, the provisions of the Indira Gandhi Krishi Vishwavidyalaya Adhiniyam, 1987 ( No. 20 of 1987) (hereinafter in this section referred as the said Adhiniyam) shall cease to apply in respect of the colleges and the institutions to which this Adhiniyam applies.
(2)Such cessor shall not affect -
(a)the previous operation of the said adhiniyam; or
(b)any penalty forfeiture or punishment incurred in respect of any offence committed against the said adhiniyam; or
(c)any investigation, legal proceeding or remedy in respect of such penalty forfeiture or punishment and any such investigation legal proceeding or remedy may be instituted, continued or enforced and any such penalty forfeiture or punishment may be imposed as if this Adhiniyam has not been passed.
(3)Notwithstanding anything contained in sub-section (1) all statutes and regulations made under the Indira Gandhi Krishi Vishwavidyalaya Adhiniyam, 1987 and in force on the appointed day, shall in so far as they are not inconsistent with the provisions of this Adhiniyam, continue to be in force until they are repealed by statutes and regulations to be made under this Adhiniyam.The Schedule[Section 1-(3)]Colleges of the Vishwavidyalaya
