                        The     petitioner   is   apprehending     his   arrest   in
           connection    with     Rajrappa    P.S.    Case   No.   10    of   2018,

corresponding to G.R. No.85 of 2018 case registered under sections 414, 34 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 30(ii) of Coal Mines Regulation Act & Section 33 of Indian Forest Act, which is now pending in the court of S.D.J.M., Ramgarh.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged in the F.I.R. or at all and he has been falsely implicated in this case for ulterior motive.

Learned A.P.P. opposed the anticipatory bail. Be that as it may, I am inclined to admit the petitioner on anticipatory bail. The petitioner is directed to surrender in the court below within three weeks and in the event of his arrest or surrender, the court below shall release him on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs. 15,000/- (Fifteen Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of S.D.J.M., Ramgarh in connection with Rajrappa P.S. Case No. 10 of 2018, corresponding to G.R. No.85 of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.

Further, petitioner shall deposit Rs. 3,000/- before the trial court at the time of surrender and the said deposition will be subject to result of the case and will not prejudice the case of the petitioner.
