Heard both sides.
After hearing learned counsel for the respondents, who stated that certain formalities are required to be completed by the petitioner, before the pension papers of the petitioner could be processed and the pension released, we direct learned counsel for the respondents to inform learned counsel for the petitioner, the things which the petitioner is supposed to do, within one week.
On receipt of such information, learned counsel for the petitioner shall inform the petitioner of the same who shall comply with the same within two weeks thereafter.
