Section 1 in The M.P. Shram Kalyan Nidhi Adhiniyam, 1982
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)This Act may called the Madhya Pradesh Shram Kalyan Nidhi Adhiniyam, 1982.(2)It extends to the whole of the State of Madhya Pradesh.(3)It shall come into force on such [date] [W.e.f. 14-11-1987, vide Notification No. 14-1-84-XVI-B, dated 11-11-1987; Published in M.P. Rajpatra (Asadharan), dated 12-11-1987 at page 2011.] or dates as the State Government 'may, by notification, appoint and different dates may be appointed for different areas and for different establishments or classes of establishments.
