(3)It shall come into force on such [date] [W.e.f. 14-11-1987, vide Notification No. 14-1-84-XVI-B, dated 11-11-1987; Published in M.P. Rajpatra (Asadharan), dated 12-11-1987 at page 2011.] or dates as the State Government 'may, by notification, appoint and different dates may be appointed for different areas and for different establishments or classes of establishments.
