Section 28(a) in Tamil Nadu Cooperative Sugar Mills Managerial Common Cadre System Rules, 2018
(a)Without prejudice to the provisions contained in any other rules, a Common Cadre Employee who commits breach of duty enjoined upon him or has been convicted of a criminal offence or has been punished for an offence under the Act or does anything prohibited by these rules shall be liable to be punished by any one of the following penalties, namely:-
