84. Delegation of powers & functions to standing committee.
(1)The Standing Committees shall perform the functions referred to in sub-section (1), (2), (3) and (4) of Section 83 to the extent the powers are delegated to them by the Zilla Parishad.(2)The Committees shall perform, in respect of matters assigned to them, such additional duties as may be prescribed.
