Section 20(1) in Bachelor of Architecture, Bachelor of Construction Technology and Bachelor of Interior Design Courses (Regulation of Admission and Payment of Fees) Rules, 2013
(1)After offering admission to all the candidates whose names appear in the merit list or after completion of the admission process, if the seats remain vacant, such vacant seats shall be filled by the college or institute, in accordance with the directions of the Admission Committee, and in the manner prescribed in sub-rule (2).
