(2)The Finance Committee shall :-(a)examine the annual accounts and the budget estimates and advise the Board thereon;(b)review the financial position of the University from time to time and advise the Board ; and(c)make recommendations to the Board on any matter of finance or any proposal involving excess expenditure.Chapter-VIII Statutes, Ordinances and Regulations
