Section 24(7) in Manipur International University Act, 2018
(7)The University shall also strive towards the development of the State including investment, promotion, infrastructure development, literacy campaign, poverty elevation, providing of basic facilities in the rural areas, providing all possible guidance to the Government and Government agencies whenever and wherever required (subject to the available resources), environmental protection and preservation, promote employment and skills of the people, promote/research and preserve the State language and culture etcetera.
