Section 11(4) in M.P. Farmers' Organisation Rules, 1999
(4)Account Registers to be maintained. - Every Farmers' Organisation shall maintain accounts register. Each of the following record shall bear the name, address and the seal of the Farmers' Organisation and shall be machine numbered; namely ;-(a)Cash book;(b)Bill registers;(c)Contingent registers;(d)Receipts books; and(e)Cheque register.
