95. Constructional Safety.
(1)All construction except RCC load bearing buildings upto 3 storeys shall be carried out under supervision of the Construction Engineer on Record (CER) or Construction Management Agency on Record (CMAR) for various seismic zones.(2)CER/ CMAR shall give a certificate of structural safety of construction as per proforma given in Form-11 at the time of completion.
