Section 2(1) in Rajasthan Public Premises (Eviction of Unauthorised Occupants) Rules, 1966
(1)In these Rules-(a)'Act' means the Rajasthan Public Premises (Eviction of Unauthorised Occupants) Act, 1964 (2 of 1965).(b)'Form' means a form appended to these rules.
