2. Definitions
(1)In these Rules-(a)'Act' means the Rajasthan Public Premises (Eviction of Unauthorised Occupants) Act, 1964 (2 of 1965).(b)'Form' means a form appended to these rules.(2)Words and expressions used but not defined in these rules shall have the[.......] [Deleted by Notification No. F.6(9) G.A./A/64, dated . 4.5.68 (Published in Rajasthan Gazette, Part 4 C, Ord., dated . 16.5.68)] assigned to them in the Act.
