Section 19(1) in The U.P. Pravidhik Shiksha (Admission Conduct of Examinations and Conferment of Certificates and Diplomas) Regulations, 1992
(1)Sessional work being a paper prerequisite to the training as per Regulation 4 its marks shall without prejudice to anything contained in these regulation be awarded and communicated to the Board in the manner the Board may, from time to time prescribe.
