Section 16 in Pepsu Road Transport Corporation Rules, 1977
16. Leave and leave salary.
- The General Manager or the Chief Accounts Officer who-(a)is a Government employee and is on deputation with the Corporation shall, so long as he remains in Government service, be entitled to leave and leave salary under the rules applicable to him as such Government employee and(b)is not a Government employee, or being in the Government service has subsequently ceased to be in such service, shall be entitled to such leave and leave salary as is admissible to other employees of the Corporation under the Regulations.
