Section 16(b) in Pepsu Road Transport Corporation Rules, 1977
(b)is not a Government employee, or being in the Government service has subsequently ceased to be in such service, shall be entitled to such leave and leave salary as is admissible to other employees of the Corporation under the Regulations.
