Section 4(xxv) in Sangai International University Manipur Act, 2014
(xxv)to establish Community Colleges for alternative system of education, which aims to empower individuals, through appropriate skill development leading to gainful employment and to admit institutes of Higher Learning to the privilege of the University as approved according to statutes and regulations made under this Act;
