Section 5(1) in Tamil Nadu Hostels and Homes for Women and Children (Regulation) Rules, 2015
(1)Every person, who is appointed as manager or resident manager shall produce a certificate of fitness before appointment, in Form VII from a Medical Officer not below the rank of a Civil Surgeon.
