Section 9(1) in Rajasthan River Basin and Water Resources Planning Rules, 2015
(1)Notice of meeting shall be signed by the Commissioner on behalf of the Chief Secretary, Member-Secretary of the Council, and be ordinarily given to every Member at least seven clear days before the meeting.
