78. Uniformity in treads and risers in staircases.
- Treads and risers of each flight of a staircase or of several flights in the same staircase in a public or a warehouse and industrial or a residential building shall be of uniform width and height except where prior dispensation is specifically obtained from the Chief Administrator for architectural effect.[79.
