Section 3 in The Orissa Legislative Assembly Deputy Speaker's Motor Car Advance Rules, 1968
3. Definitions.
- In these rules unless the context otherwise requires-(i)"Act" means the Orissa Legislative Assembly Deputy Speaker's Salaries and Allowances Act, 1959;(ii)"advance" means repayable advance made to the Deputy, Speaker for the purchase of a motor car;(iii)"Form" means a Form appended to these rules;(iv)words and expressions used but not defined herein shall have the same meanings respectively assigned to them in the Act.
