Section 3(1) in Madhya Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission (Demand Side Management) Regulations, 2016
(1)The Commission in consultation with the Distribution Licensees of State and the State nodal agency designated by the Bureau shall formulate DSM objectives that shall be considered in the advancement and implementation of cost effective DSM initiatives in the State.
