Section 7 in The Schedule of Rate for Forest Produce in Orissa Rules, 1977
7. No Permit for Trade.
- No permit shall be issued for removal of timber, charcoal, firewood and bamboos for trade purposes : provided that such permit shall be necessary to be obtained for collecting and removing any other forest produce for trade purposes in respect of any area not covered by any subsisting lease for the same produce.
