Section 10(c) in Karnataka Ayurvedic, Naturopathy, Siddha, Unani And Yoga Practitioners' Registration And Medical Practitioners' Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1961
(c)becomes subject to any of the disqualifications mentioned in section 9; - the State Government shall declare his office to be vacant.
