Section 30 in The Jammu and Kashmir State Town Planning Act, 1963
30. Repeal and saving.
(1)The Jammu and Kashmir Town Planning Act, Svt. 1997 is hereby repealed.(2)Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any action taken (including any notification, order, scheme, permission or rule made, granted or issued) under the said Act shall continue in force and be deemed to have been done or taken under the provisions of this Act. unless and until it is superseded by anything done or any action taken under this Act.(3)All suits, prosecutions and other proceedings instituted under the Jammu and Kashmir Town Planning Act, Svt. 1997 shall be continued as if instituted under this Act.
