Section 29E(2) in The Mizo District (Forest) Act, 1955
(2)Such persons may be ejected or ordered to vacate forthwith, and the Executive Committee or any officer authorised by the Executive Committee may sell, confiscate or destroy any crop raised, or any building or other construction erected without authority.
