A PUD has been received from learned Seventeenth Additional District Judge, Gwalior, requesting for extension of time earlier granted by this Court while disposing of M.P. No.4506/2019 on 27.11.2019 regarding disposal of Civil Suit No.17-A/2010 within a period of six months.
Considering the reasons assigned and looking to the threat imposed by COVID 19 pandemic scenario and as the trial courts are not regularly functioning, this Court deems it fit to extend the time for disposal of Civil Suit No.17-A/2010 till 31.03.2021.
A copy of this order be send to the trial Court for information and compliance.
Review petition PUD is disposed off.
