Section 16(16) in The Maharashtra Electricity Regulatory Commission (Terms and Conditions of Tariff) Regulations, 2005
16.2Where the Commission has stipulated a trajectory for certain variables under this Regulation 16, the norms specified in Part E, Part F, Part G or Part H of these Regulations, as the case may be, shall not apply with regard to such variables for such period as the trajectory has been so stipulated.
