Section 51(1) in Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority (Employees Service) Regulations, 2015
(1)Every employee shall serve the Authority honestly and faithfully and shall use his utmost endeavors to promote the interests of the Authority and shall show utmost courtesy and attention in all transactions and dealings with the public, between the officers of Government and the Authority.
