(All India Central/ CivilServices Group A);RBI, Banks, Financial Institutions, with notless than 20 years of experience in officer cadre in dealing withProblems relating to pension/ financial sector or specialknowledge/experience of law, investigation, Finance, Economics,Accountancy , Administration or any other discipline considereduseful to the Authority

Chairperson and two other members of theAuthority shall constitute the Selection Committee. Therecommendation of Selection Committee shall be placed before theAuthority before an appointment letter/ deputation offer is madeto the candidate.In case of deputation from Govt. or otherorganisations, terms and conditions of deputation to be finalizedin consultation with the lending organisation.

Upper age 45, 48&52 years for Grade D, E andF respectively.Qualification:a) Essential qualificationMaster’s Degree in Economics/ Commerce/ BusinessAdministration, Post Graduate Degree/Post Graduate Diploma inManagement with 55% marks in the aggregate, CA/CFA/CS/CWA forofficers in General Stream.Bachelor’s Degree in Law with aminimum of 55% marks or LLM for legal stream.Master’sDegree in Statistics/ Economics/ Commerce/ BusinessAdministration (Finance)/Econometrics with minimum 55% marks forofficers in Research Stream.Candidates with a Doctorate intopics related to above subjects shall be given preference.Research or teaching experience and publication in standardjournals will be considered as an additional qualification.FirstClass Graduate in Engineering (Electrical/Electronics/Electronicsand Communication/Information Technology/ Computer Science)/Masters in Computers Application/ First Class Graduate in anydiscipline with Post Graduate qualification (minimum 2 yearsduration) in Computers/Information Technology for officers inTechnical Stream (Information System).b) Desirablequalification: MBA/MMS with specialisation in Finance/ CA / CS/CFA /CWA /LLB etc. (as applicable to the stream) from arecognized University / Institution with a Minimum 11, 14 &17 years of postqualification experience in officer cadre indealing with the problems relating to pension /financial sector,special knowledge/ experience in law, investigation, finance,economics, Accountancy, Administration or any other disciplineconsidered useful to the Authority.

Promotion of internal candidates from Grade C, Dand E respectively with minimum of3 years service.However,minimum 8 years experience as an Officer is necessary forconsidering the claim for promotion from Grade C to D.

Candidate must possess not less than 11, 14 &17years of experience for Grade D, E and F respectively in AllIndia/ Central Civil Service as Group A officer or equivalentexperience in officer cadre in RBI, Banks, Financial Institutionsand academic Institutions.The experience shall be in dealingwith the problems relating to pension/Financial Sector, specialKnowledge/ experience of law, investigation, finance, Economics,Accountancy, Administration or any other discipline considereduseful to the Authority.

Upper age 27, 30 and35 for Grade A, B and Crespectively.

Promotion of internalcandidates from Grade A and Grade B respectively with minimum of3 years’ service.Qualification shallbe as specified above for Grade D, E and F.Minimum 4 years post qualification experiencefor Grade C in the applicable field as an advocate or as anofficer in reputed institution preferably in the area offinancial services or any such similar experience.
