Power to prohibit use of public streets for certain kind of traffic.-(1)The Zonal Commissioner may prohibit vehicular traffic in any publicstreet or any portion thereof so as to prevent danger, obstruction orinconvenience to the public or to ensure quietness in any locality.(2)The Zonal Commissioner shall seek assistance from police to regulate
