Section 50(b) in U.P. Building And Other Construction Workers (Regulation Of Employment And Conditions Of Service) Rules, 2009
(b)The employer shall issue a service certificate to each of such building workers in Form-14 on termination of his service on account of completion of such work or for any other reason.
