50. Wage Books and service certificate.
(a)Every employer, in respect of each work on which he engages building workers shall issue, where the wage period of one week or more wage book to each of such building worker in Form-13.(b)The employer shall issue a service certificate to each of such building workers in Form-14 on termination of his service on account of completion of such work or for any other reason.
