(6)Notice of every meeting specifying the time and place thereof and the business to be transacted thereat shall be despatched to every member and exhibited at the office of the Sansthan 15 clear days before an ordinary meeting and 7 clear days before a special meeting ;Provided that if the notice is exhibited at the office of the Sansthan failure to serve it on any member shall not affect the validity of a meeting.
