13. Meetings of the Governing Council.
(1)The Governing Council shall meet at least twice in a calendar year.(2)The President may direct the Registrar to convene a meeting of the Governing Council as and when necessary.(3)An emergency meeting of the Governing Council may be convened by the Registrar on the request of the Director of the Institute on a requisition signed by not less than five (5) members of Governing Council and in such manner as may be prescribed by regulations.
