4. Form and procedure of appeal
(1)An appeal as per the provisions of sub-section (1) of section 7 of the Act, shall be presented in Form I in duplicate by an aggrieved credit information company, or its agent or by a duly authorised legal practitioner, before the appellate authority or shall be sent by registered post addressed to such authority with acknowledgement duly addressed to the appellate authority or any other officer authorised in writing by the appellate authority to receive the same.(2)An appeal sent by post under sub-rule (1) shall be deemed to have been presented to the appellate authority on the day on which it is received in the office of the appellate authority.
