Section 4(1) in The Credit Information Companies Rules, 2006
(1)An appeal as per the provisions of sub-section (1) of section 7 of the Act, shall be presented in Form I in duplicate by an aggrieved credit information company, or its agent or by a duly authorised legal practitioner, before the appellate authority or shall be sent by registered post addressed to such authority with acknowledgement duly addressed to the appellate authority or any other officer authorised in writing by the appellate authority to receive the same.
