Section 29 in Tamil Nadu Infrastructure Development Act, 2012
29. Protection of action taken in good faith.
- No suit or other legal proceedings shall lie against the Government, the Board or any member thereof or any officer or employee or person acting under the direction of the Government or the Board in respect of anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done in pursuance of this Act or any rule or regulation or order or direction made or issued under this Act.
