Section 19(2) in The Orissa Co-operative Societies Rules, 1965
(2)[(i) A Society declared under Sub-rule (1), shall get affiliated to the State Co-operative Union within thirty days of the date of such declaration.(ii)In case a Society fails to affiliate itself accordingly, the Registrar shall, by an order in writing, to be passed within 15 days from the date of expiry of the aforesaid period of thirty days, shall declare it to have become affiliated to and a member of the Union.]
