Section 4(3) in The U.P. Co-Operative Processing Units and Cold Storage Centralised Service Rules, 1981
(3)In the event of any post of a member of the Authority or of the Committee remaining vacant for any reason whatsoever, it shall have no effect on the validity of any action of the Authority or the Committee, as the case may be.
