(1)No business shall be transacted at a meeting of the Central Board [or the Executive Committee or a Regional Committee unless at least eleven trustees or four members of the Executive Committee or a Regional Committee, as the case may be,][are present, of whom-(a)in the case of the Central Board at least one each shall be from among those appointed under clauses (d) and (e) respectively of sub-section (1) of section 5-A of the Act;(aa)[ in the case of the Executive Committee at least one each shall be from among those elected under clauses (d) and (e) of sub-section (2) of section 5-AA of the Act;](b)[ in the case of a Regional Committee, at least one shall be from among those [appointed] [Substituted by G.S.R. 1845, dated 28.11.1963 (w.e.f. 30.11.1963).] [under clause (c) and at least one from among those [appointed] [Substituted by G.S.R. 1845, dated 28.11.1963 (w.e.f. 30.11.1963).][under clause (d) of sub-paragraph (1) of paragraph 4.
