(5)(i)The draft Ordinances made by the Executive Council shall be submitted to the General Council and shall be considered by the General Council at its next meeting and shall come into effect from the date on which the General Council approves the same by resolution:(ii)The General Council shall have power by resolution passed by a majority of not less than two-thirds of the members present and voting, to cancel any Ordinance made by the Executive Council and such Ordinance shall, from the date of such resolution, be void.
