(30)(i)to raise on behalf of the University, loans from the Central or any State Government [* * *] [Omitted by the Bharathiar University and the Bharathidasan University (Amendment) Act, 1986 (Tamil Nadu Act 20 of 1986).] or the public or any corporation owned or controlled by the Central or any State Government;(ii)to borrow money with the approval of the Government on the security of the property of the University for the purposes of the University;
