Section 24(4) in The Orissa Statistics and Economics Service Rules, 1979
(4)The Board shall notify in the Gazette the exact date, place and programme of the examination at least six weeks before the date so fixed for the examination and the date by which applications for admission into the examination may be received by the Board.
