Section 24 in The Orissa Statistics and Economics Service Rules, 1979
24. Conduct of Examination.
(1)The examination shall be conducted by the Board and it shall be hold at such places as the Board may decide.(2)The examination shall be held twice every year at intervals of at least four months.(3)The date or dates of the examination shall be fixed by the President of the Board.(4)The Board shall notify in the Gazette the exact date, place and programme of the examination at least six weeks before the date so fixed for the examination and the date by which applications for admission into the examination may be received by the Board.
