(2)Kinds of inspection - There shall be three kinds of inspection of boilers-(a)when a boiler has been offered for registration as required under Section 7;(b)when the certificate granted under this Act is about to expire or when it has been revoked or withdrawn under Section 11 and the owner desires that it shall be renewed under Section 8;(c)an inspection at any time for the purpose of ascertaining if the boiler is being operated in conformity with the provisions of the Act and the rules framed thereunder.
