(1)There shall be constituted for each District of Bihar, a Trust established in terms of sub-section (1) of Section 9 (B) of the Act to be known as the District Mineral Foundation for the said District;(2)The Trust shall be perpetual body and shall have a common seal.(3)Each of the Foundation shall have it's Headquarter at the respective District Headquarter
