Section 12(2) in The Jammu and Kashmir Animal Diseases (Control), Act, 2006 (1949 A. D.)
(2)The Veterinary Surgeon shall-(a)cause a copy of the order passed by him under sub-section (1) to be exhibited prominently in the infected place in the Court language of the locality ; and(b)cause a copy of such order to be delivered at the office of the local authority ; and(c)cause a copy of the order to be sent to the nearest Police Station ; and(d)forthwith report the action taken by him to the prescribed authority.
