Section 43(2) in The Aircraft (Security) Rules, 2011
(2)Where the Commissioner is satisfied that owner or operator of catering establishment has contravened the provisions of sub-rule (1), his Security programme shall, after affording an Opportunity of being heard, be cancelled.
